Deb is a senior lecturer in the Bachelor of Sport, Health and Physical Activity and teaches the topics Introduction to Sport and Physical Activity, Sport Industry Project and Sociology of Sport and Physical Activity. Her research interests are sport, integrity, masculinity and retirement, particularly in Australian football. Deb's current research project is Always a footballer: player welfare and the transition out of the Australian Football League through state based leagues. She is the Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Sport, Health and Physical Activity.
